Hello lyallp,

I would recommend you contact Fuji Xerox, which is a different company, for more assistance. Please find support for the machine at FujiFilm .

Thanks,

For years now, scan to email has been a wonderful thing.

Just recently, scan to email stopped working, with error code 016-764

Scan to USB still works fine, however.

My Domain host says the following SMTP settings are appropriate

Secure SSL/TLS Settings (Recommended)
Username:user@mydomain.com
Password:Use the email account’s password.
Incoming Server:mail.mydomain.com
  • IMAP Port: 993
  • POP3 Port: 995
Outgoing Server:mail.mydomain.com
  • SMTP Port: 465
IMAP, POP3, and SMTP require authentication.
Non-SSL Settings (NOT Recommended)
Username:user@mydomain.com
Password:Use the email account’s password.
Incoming Server:mail.mydomain.com
  • IMAP Port: 143
  • POP3 Port: 110
Outgoing Server:mail.mydomain.com
  • SMTP Port: 587
IMAP, POP3, and SMTP require authentication.

I have tried both ports, in the settings page (SSL and non-SSL) for the Outgoing server.

I have tried "SMTP AUTH(plain)", "SMTP AUTH(login)", "SMTP AUTH(auto)"

I have confirmed the 'user and password to SMTP' by logging into my webmail with exactly the same user/password.

I can't find any additional information on what the printer things is going wrong.  An error log would be nice.

I have checked the system date/time, as I know that if the time on a machine is off by too much SSL connections fail. The Date/Time is correct.

Suggestions on what I should do next would be appreciated.
