DocuPrint CM225/228 scan defaults

Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I have a client using Line of Business software to scan in client data via a DocuPrint CM225.  When they scan it launches the scanning software shown in the image below.  They simply want to change the defaults from the image (Colour to B&W), however I cannot see how to launch the software below outside of the Line of Business software.

Does anyone know the .exe application to use? Or how to change the defaults any other way?

Setting the scanning defaults on the device itself doesn't work and I can see anything in the web gui either
