Hello frankc29,

 

Click this link to go to the Knowledge Base for the DocuMate 162 where there are solutions for you to try to resolve the black lines that you are seeing when scanning in duplex mode.  Hopefully, one of these solutions will do the trick for you.

Documate 162 Duplex issue

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Just got this scanner. It scans fine in Simplex mode, but in Duplex mode the result is full pages of black lines with just a ghost hint of the document itself. Any ideas?
