The only solution to the Manual Feed check is to always choose "Scan Multiple Pages" even if you only are scanning a single page. When you select Scan Multiple Pages, the checkbox is not selected, so I've trained all my folks to simply use that option for all their scans.
Not a solution to custom presets, but a workaround for that particular issue.
Hello Mike Drolet.
If you have not already resolved this issue, we suggest you search our online knowledgebase for this product: Documate 3220

I have a couple of issues with the Scan Settings window for the twain driver on my Documate 3220 scanners. I set them up, configure a specific set of defaults for my users (primarily I up the DPI to 300 and uncheck the manual feed option). I'll then save this as a Default-MDOT preset and let them go.
For some reason (intermittantly) the scan settings window "resets" itself and even deletes out the saved preset I created. Also, on some folk's machines, the scan settings window will always come up with the Manual Feed box checked, which is a huge pain if they miss it as it waits 30 seconds (default) before finishing the scan.
We are running Windows 7 32-bit systems and I am using the DM3220_5.1.13.5279.XX.msi driver.
Anyone have any thoughts on how to keep the presets from "resetting and dumping my saved preset" as well as if there is a way to disable the Manual Feed option (even a registry setting would work)?
