Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at this solution for scanning using CIFS and see if it helps.  If not you would need to contact the support centre for the scanners.

Documate 3920

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hi,

 

Can anybody help with setting up scan to file on using CIFS on the Documate 3920. in a WIndows Server 2008 environment.
