Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at this solution for scanning using CIFS and see if it helps.  If not you would need to contact the support centre for the scanners

Can anybody help with setting up scan to file on using CIFS on the Documate 3920. in a WIndows Server 2008 environment.
