Hello.
I am a Support Engineer with Xerox Scanners.
I see you are having an issue scanning multiple pages, where it's producing only the first page in the document. Normally when you have this issue, you receive an error mesasge afterwards.
In order to resolve issue, please insert your DM 515 installation disk, browse to the OTVRS folder and run the setup.exe (Application file). When the install is completre you should no longer receive an error and will then be able to scan multple pages as you did before.

My Xerox Documate 515 scanner is suddently creating only one scanned page when scanning multiple pages. As an example, if I scan four pages, only a one page PDF is created when I press the Scan button.
Why may this be happening and how can I get it to work properly?
My OS is Windows 7 64-bit. The scanner is less than four months old.
