Our Versalink C405 is putting several white (blank) streaks lines on copies that come from both the ADF document feeder as well as the scanner glass. There is no contamination on the glass or the ADF whatsover. Print jobs coming from a PC or other device are completely fine. Therefore, logically speaking, there has to be an issue with the scanner assembly, right? What could cause this? I have to idea how to get under the glass to inspect.
Also, the machine puts a black line on one edge of copies when they are reduced in size from the copy app? Is there a fix to this?
This unit has less than 20k impressions. Drums, toners, fuser, all excellent condition.
