"Upgraded" Macbook pro 2013 OS to 10.14.6 Mojave from OS 10.13 ...

Printer and macbook are both connected to wireless network

Immediately lost wireless printing connection to DocuPrint M355 df, and wired connection now sends any print command as a command to fax.

Failed attempts to remedy include:
Rebooting everything;
(Re)installation of all available Xerox drivers;
Removing & reinstalling wired connection;
Resetting printers on Mac;
Attempted wireless connection to printer's IP address

I could live without the wireless connection, and I'd be satisfied if I could change the mac commands to print by wire instead of fax by wire.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance
