Delete the destination and recreate it, the device doesn't have the ability to do that, so it would have to be some sort of corrupt entry since it has to be assumed the other workstations exist and don't do that.
And as always, update your firmware <linked in your other post today with a separate scan issue>, what you describe has never been an issue in any release for any Versalink product, but sometimes the act of upgrading unintentionally fixes minor issues simply because the affected portion changes.
