The paper feed guidelines helped a lot. Thank you. I was wondering about the platen glass though. I was wondering how to do double-sided scanning so it scans into the same pdf file.

Hello Ianna01,

I would think you would need to adhere to the DADF paper feed guidelines. If using a small original it would be best to scan from the platen glass. If you need more help, please call 1-800-821-2797.

Hi,

I just have a basic question. Is double-sided scanning for this printer available through the image capturer instead of the document feeder? I have been trying to scan a small document through the document feeder but it gets stuck in there everytime. So I am trying to figure out if I can do it through the image capturer instead. I know this can be done single-sided but I need to know if double-sided is possible and, if it is, how to configure that.
