I searched the knowledge-base and I am not sure if you have tried this yet, but here are the ENABLE DIRECT PRINT STEPS .

If that doesn't work you may need to speak to a Product Specialist. The support options for your device are LISTED HERE.

Downloading Drivers

Good morning!

I am working with older stuff, but still fully functional and things are still available.

Have acquired a Workcentre 7845 with low mileage.  Wanting to link to my old computer.  Have done before with a different version of Workcentre.  Am using USB cable.

Have an IMAC with 10.6.8 OS.  Cannot upgrade this system any higher.  But, all my files have been created with this system and am backing up with external hard drive.  Creating PDF's of all file in case system breaks down and cannot continue.

What I am trying to do is link old computer to old copier.  Have downloaded driver for proper applications, but have been stopped at the gate!  

On the download, it cannot locate copier that is turned on and plugged in to said USB.  Not sure if I have plugged in to proper port on copier, there seems to be a couple different options.

I am on "Select a Printer" on set up of download process and it will not locate.

Please advise.
