Driver/Software doesn't appear in programs or system tray

Product Name: All DocuMate Scanners
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I have a documente 700 scanner attached and installed on a Windows 10 PC.

When I installed this I couldn't see it appear in the program menu or under Program files.

The issue is; this sometimes appears in the system tray however more times it doesn't.

I have created a shortcut to Control panel\device & printers and they can access basic scan feature there however I can not seem to change the Compression i.e. tiff, jpg etc as it defaults to bmp 200dpi.

I've gone through the registry and re-installed this several times but can't get this to appear properly so the users can use this.

Is there  aclean up utilty or another way I can get this to work correctly.

I've installed the; Acuity_v1, the DM700 & OT.4COM drivers.

 

Any suggestions welcomed.
