I would recommend un-installing and re-installing the Xerox Print Driver.
If that doesn't work, you would contact Support for further troubleshooting: 1-800-821-2797.
I have changed my OS from Win 7 to Win 10 and I cannot find Scan utility driver for Xerox 5300 WorkCentre the software to download compatible for Win 10 64 bit. Please revert on this
