I see no one has responded to this post yet. So, at this point I would recommend contacting your local Xerox Support Department to speak with a Software Specialist for more assistance not being able to select duplex when using short cuts. Please call 1-800-821-2797

I recently bought a Xerox B315 with the ability to Duplex-Scan.
I've got a Western Digital NAS where I store all my documents. So I want to scan from the B315 directly to the networkfolder. Shortcuts are already set up, but I can't select duplex scan if I use the shortcut. Is there any other possibility to scan to the networkfolder and change settings to duplex for single jobs where it's needed?
