Office365 uses STARTTLS, not TLS
And the login should not be authenticated user. If it is a Connectkey or AltaLink it will be either System or Device, Versalinks will need to be done as PreDefined
And whatever the printer model is, you probably need a firmware update
Have just purchased this printer but am having issues setting up e-mail for scanning to e-mail
Continually receive smtp configuration errors
This is a home printer and am attemting to use own personal outlook.com e-mail for transmissions.
Settings configured as follows
Server Domain - outlook.com
Host Name - smtp.office365.com
Port 587
Device E-Mail (personal e-mail address) - xxy.zzz@outlook.com
Login Credentials - Authenticated User
Login Name - xxy.zzz@outlook.com
Password - password
Connection Encryption - TLS
These settings do not seem to work.
Any ideas from anybody please
