Thank you for using the Support Forum. Without the model of the printer you are using I really cannot offer any suggestions.  Either let us know what model printer you are using or consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

ERROR 121-333

Product Name: Xerox 3001

A system error has occured

power off the machine, wait for the control panel to turn off

then power the machine back on

if the fault persists, call your system administratoerror 121-333.jpeg
