Hi all,
I have a problem with my Xerox WorkCentre 3325 and the scanner module.
Situation: Printer connected with ethernet cable at the network. 3 pc, also connected with ethernet cable at the network: one with Windows 7 x64, one with Windows 10 1809 and one with Windows 10 1903. On the first two PCs the printer is working fine and also the scanning. I'm able to configure with Easy Printer Manager the ''Scan To PC" function and use the "Scan on network pc" on the printer: I select the network pc where I want to save the file and the the printer digitalizes and saves the document on the PC that i chosen. Problem is with the new Windows 10 1903 version: the printer prints fine and I'm able to configure it with Easy Printer Manager (the last release is the 2012 windows 7 version...) but when I try to scan a document from the printer and I choose this pc as destination, choose the file format, page format and then start scan, the printer says "connection..." and nothin happens, no errors but on the pc the document is not present. Investigating a bit I found that in the task manager I have a process called CDAserver that starts CDAClient (Xerox.CDAS2PC.exe) when I start to try scanning with the printer that crashes when I press the start Scanning on the printer. On the Windows registry event viewer I found the error that this software generates.
Below, the screens of the error in the Windows registry manager.
Any patch or solution for this problem? Why with 1809 everything works well and with 1903 the program crashes?
Thanks in advance.
