Either your printer firmware is really out of date or its a serious glitch.
Any Current firmware (Starts with 101) and the interface is as described.
The Submit option isn't hard to find.
So update your printer with this firmware

I need instructions on how to build job in an email.
I have obtained an instruction manual. Followed the steps on pages 111-112
If Build Job is enabled, when prompted, do these steps.
• To change settings for the next segment of the document, touch Program Segment.
• To scan another page, load the new document onto the document glass, then touch Scan Segment.
• To finish, touch Submit.
There is NEVER a Submit button. NEVER. I get an endless loop of Program Segment/Scan Segment screen.
AND--as I scan in a segment, it doesn't show on that screen as a segment.
However, when I go to leave--I get all sorts of warning about losing my job--which I can't see and which I can't send anyway!
Is this a glitch in need of repair or am I missing something? My experience with Xerox is there is often a step, some button you need to push, that is never mentioned in the instruction manual which will make it work properly.
