Thank you for using the Support Forum. At this time that feature is not available. To possibly see this feature included in a future software update a Feature Enhancement Request (FER) needs to be submitted to Xerox. Your local servicing company can submit that request or contact your support centre help submitting the FER.

Email copy of fax confirmation reports?

Product Name: AltaLink B8045 / B8055 / B8065 / B8075 / B8090 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Not Specified

We have a mixed fleet of AltaLink B/C80XX and B/C81XX units across our organization.

All units are setup and enrolled with Xerox Workplace Suite (XWS), and our users must authenticate with their key fobs before they can perform any functions on the machines.

We are wondering if it is possible to have fax confirmation reports emailed to the authenticated user as opposed to printing the report after the fax transmission.

I don't see anything obvious in the web interface of the AltaLinks. Not sure this feature even exists.
