Re: Email function stopped working after update to version 65.74.21

Following my provider, my settings should be correct. Still not able to email. I'm not on a company network, I bought this divice as private user.

Why is the machine not saying what the axact problem is.

Please help I need this function.

 

Below the details I received from my internet/email provider

  • server: pop.ziggo.nl
  • serverpoort: 995
  • verificatie vereist: ja
  • type versleuteling: TLS/SSL
  • gebruikersnaam: volledig e-mailadres
  • wachtwoord: je e-mailwachtwoord

Uitgaande server

  • server: smtp.ziggo.nl
  • serverpoort: 587
  • type versleuteling: STARTTLS, TLS of SSL
  • verificatie vereist: Ja
  • gebruikersnaam: volledig e-mailadres
  • wachtwoord: je e-mailwachtwoord

Hello there;

This has also happened to my Versalink C7020; it was scanning fine to email, but has stopped working. I'm on the latest firmware version (Current Version: 57.69.91) so far as I know.

Is there somewhere where we can download updated certificates to replace the ones on the machine, to see if that cures the problem?

Email function stopped working after update to version 65.74.21

Operating System: Not Specified

Since I updated my WorkCentre 6515DN to version 65.74.21, the emailfunction stopped working. It worked always before.

I get error: 017-714 Smtp over ssl failed.

I use Ziggo and used my email credentials. See screenshot.

I tried all 3 options STARTTLS, SSL/TLS but doesnt work anymore.

Who knows what the issue is?
