Error 003-965 and 003-942 on Xerox Versalink B7030

Product Name: VersaLink B7025/B7030/B7035

Hello my friends!I keep getting these annoying errors  continuously while i want to copy some a4 or id card on the machine. I only use A4 paper on Tray1.
