Error 005-280 - on Xerox workcentre 7125

It's a serious fault. The DADF (Document Feeder) is failing.

With luck re-seating the cable will get rid of the fault, just look for the  (typically gray) cable that comes out of the lid and goes into the copier/MFP. Unplug and put back in, then boot up the device.

Failing that I can't think of anything you can do besides call in a Xerox tech, hopefully you have a maintenance agreement.

Hi!

I have one xerox workcentre 7125, and when i try scanner using superior part of the printer(document feeder), the following error apears:

Failure or error- Consult about the error 005-280 

I restarted, power off main botton, power on, clean the document feeder and nothing. 

I need help, please.
