For what it's worth, I removed the DHCP feature for DNS and just manually entered the DNS servers we use. The issue is still present telling me DNS isn't configured/setup when I try to use the scan to email (SMTP) feature.
Hello everyone, having some issues setting up SMTP on our brand new Workcentre 6515 printer. When attempting to scan to email, I receive an error of 016-772 stating DNS was not setup. I have DNS set to use DHCP. Please advise, thanks!
This is not the first time I've setup SMTP on a Xerox printer/scanner but it is the first time I've ran across this error message.
