There is a newer Service Pack firmware available at the following link. However, there is a Bridging Firmware that needs to be installed first. Click on "Download" to get to the links for the required Firmware.
This release contains the latest updates and features.
NOTE: Follow the process and links in this download’s diagram to upgrade your device.
If there are still issues with email after these upgrades please respond to this post and include information about your email setup.

Scan to E-Mail doesn't work. Testing of the SMTP-settings fails. I had a running configuration, but it doesn'T work since 2 weeks. I did no change on the device's setting.
Today I tried to establish a smtp connection with 3 different e-mail providers, but all settings failed. Are their any dependencies linked to the E-Mail-Name in the printer settings. I'm using an email account which in real doesn't exist. For the authorization I'm using my customer account/passwort of the e-mail service provider.
Does anyone have any suggestion?
Are there know errors regarding to TLS-Versions?
