Please take a look at this article for error code 018-755 server connection in SMB for step to help resolve the issue.  If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797.

Error (018-755)

Product Name: WorkCentre 6515
Operating System: Windows 7 x64

Hello,

I'm having issues scanning documents to the computer. Printing is fine. It was working fine until the other day, although I can't think of anything that has been changed that could have caused it to stop working.

I have checked that the IP matches (I have also tried changing the IP).

And that the folder that the files are going to have the correct permissionsPermissions.png

The firewall is not blocking any connections that I can see.

I can't see any other solutions!
