Thank you for using the Support Forum. Sounds like you may be going over the 20 MB limit for transferring data over the network.  Please see the article from online support for Send Scan Data to the PC Over the Network, 

If this is not the issue then please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Error 027-520 (Volume Error)

Product Name: WorkCentre 5022/5024
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Dear Solver,

Good day to you!

I have Workcentre 5024 machine, trying to configure the SMB and followed all the procedures got on the website and saw on youtube, but the invalid volume error (027-520) is not going.

i disabled the service and restarted the printer, then I enable the service again but this didn't go.

try to configure email but also didn't get any luck. in email, the auth is going to none automatically. 

so as to last, I am creating the post after searching all the posts.
