Error 033-503 when receiving a fax

the voice system here is VoIP. We have specific outside numbers setup for the fax machines and the fax machines are connected to analog lines which go into analog converter boxes in the server room which are connected to the network.

are you using FoIP or analogue fax?

If analogue fax, please make sure the number is not forwarding.

I have a Workcentre 7125 that is receiving an incoming fax. The job says "

-	FAX RECEIVE	Error(033-503)	Fax	-	-	-	10/08/2013 01:08 PM
-	FAX RECEIVE	Aborted(033-503)	Fax	-	-	-	10/08/2013 01:08 PM

" and then nothing prints.

This happens with every incoming fax. Other fax machines in the building are fine. I get a dial tone when using the fax from this machine. Can someone tell me what error code 033-503 is? Thanks
