OK as is see there are hundreds of people with this problem.

Always same answer from XEROX pay 500€ for repairing or leave us alone.

i have same problem. But mine ist 2 and a half year without waranty.

Is our first XEROX, before we had HP.

Is it this what we have to expect from XEROX? Use 2,5 Years and then throw away?

I can scan from FlatBed but not from the automatic

 

Where can i get replacement and what is the cost?

We've only had this printer for two years. Is this part a warranty part?

Hi,

The CIS (scanner) into DADF is defective and have not separate part number, so you must replace the entire DADF (part no. 607K04410).

Error 065-225

Product Name: WorkCentre 6515

Error 065-225 comes up when trying to make a two sided copy. I've cleaned it as it said and powered on/off. Even unplugged it for 10 mins and still the same error.
