The CIS (scanner) into DADF is defective and have not separate part number, so you must replace the entire DADF (part no. 607K04410).

Error 065-225 comes up when trying to make a two sided copy. I've cleaned it as it said and powered on/off. Even unplugged it for 10 mins and still the same error.
