Error Code 005-909 Jam in Document Feeder

Also, I want to add, now I cannot print nor scan. I am completely dead in the water. Please help.

I am getting an Error Code 005-909 Jam in Document Feeder even though there is no paper jam. I have tried to remove all paper, reset the computer, reset the printer and turn off the printer.  I cannot seem to turn off the error or clear the error.
