Good morning,

We have a Xerox N60w network scanner installed on our office LAN. We have have it configured to scan directly into an in-house application that acts as a document repository. We have double checked the network path and all configurations appear to be the correct. We have this same brand/model in other offices and they are scanning into our document repository system just fine. But for some reason, we can't get this particular one to scan successfully.

We keep getting "Error Code 999999 Please check network admin. (869502)" message whenever we attempt to use this scanner. We have the same brand/model in other offices that are working just fine. 

Any ideas?
