Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure that you have turned off the machine, unplugged it, wait 60 seconds and then plug it back in to a dedicated outlet, not a power strip or surge protector and turn it back on.  If this fixes the issue you may have a defective power strip or surge protector.  If the problem continues please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Error Code U6-6000 for Copycentre 118

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hello,

i recentry encounetered a problem with my copycentre 118.

It blocks the paper in the oven, 2 cm before it completely leaves the oven.

I see a U6-6000 ERROR CODE , plus a strange extra error code "ABT : 05201005    TSK : 000075f8    0563g. 051101"

Is this fixable?
