Please make sure that you have turned off the machine, unplugged it, wait 60 seconds and then plug it back in to a dedicated outlet, not a power strip or surge protector and turn it back on. If this fixes the issue you may have a defective power strip or surge protector. If the problem continues please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
