You do not mention what type of scanning you are using so please search on template in the support pages for your machine and see if any of those solutions will help you with the error you are getting. Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Hi, When the machine starts scanning, this error pops up and the scanning was stuck. Does anyone have any clue why this happened?
