Have the same issue on our Xerox AltaLink C8055. Been doing it for weeks. When you send to the copier it pauses the jobs until you either reset the machine and they all start printing again or you do a local copy on the machine.
Shows up the message Output Tray error. User intervention is required to Power Off/On the machine; service is required if the problem persists. Print and copy services are disabled (Skill Level: Trained, Status Code: 04-567-00 on the web console.
On the copier error history at the copier is shows error code 347.212.00 and the error output tray Offsettting is not avalible. Power off then on and notify system administrator.
Any advice you could give would be great.
I wasn't able to find anything on the status code, are you able to check for any fault codes.

Our printer goes offline if it stays idle for more than 5 minutes
It is coming back to online we I manually take a photocopy of some document.
I've managed to restart multiple times,
I'm double cheked the status is set online,
And SMPT is unchecked .
When ever i try to print it pop ups with a status code : 04-567-00. and when i manually take a photocopy then all the jobs are getting printed.
Can some one kindly let me know if there is any solution for this?
