Kimzi,

When you click under Job Staus is goes not report an Error code - they are real generic.

Re: Error on workflow scanning in DC5745

How do you get the error? is it printed out on a paper or?

If its printed out, try going in and check the "job history" - click on the job with the fault and check the status to see if you can get more information that way.

Re: Error on workflow scanning in DC5745

Yes using port 139 also tried 445 but no luck. There is no firewall on server and the user name feild same domain\user name.

We tried the firmwares  061.132.222.07901 & 061.132.222.15103. We are using safecom for all machines. We are facing the problem only for 5745 and there is no probles for othr models like 7545 & 5645.

Re: Error on workflow scanning in DC5745

negeesh,

We can only help you if you give us more information on your setup. You are using SMB and port 139 and I'm assuming no firewall on that server.

Have you checked user configurations? Share / NTFS Permissions? In the username field have you tried using the DOMAIN\user?

If you want to give us some more details with your setup we could assist a little more - but with limited information we are kind of stuck.

Thank you,

Re: Error on workflow scanning in DC5745

Hi,

the latest version of firmware for this device is 061.132.222.15103. You can download it here.

I haven't found any changes that would influence you experience direclty. So upgrade it would be a question of refreshing the firmware values.

Make sure after upgrade your device displays:

System Software

061.132.222.15103

Network Controller

061.132.13820

UI

028.071.00031

Net Controller OS

061.062.06600

If not, you might want to have the device set to factory defaults and reinstall firmware. My advise is that this should be done by a Xerox representative.
