The Xerox 3635 has features in diagnostics to lower the baud rate and other settings that may help in getting your issue fixed. I would recommened calling into your local support center and schedule a time for a technician to come on-site to assist you. Xerox Support Contact.

Hi all;

I have a multifunctional MFP 3635, with an error in sending fax with an ATA adapter, if you receive the multifunctional fax successfully, but can not send.

The telephone line tester brand me as a good signal.
