Try this:
Try the below steps to enable the confirmation report
Login as Admin at the Local UI
Select “Fax” app
Scroll and select “Show Additional Features”
Select “Confirmation report”
Select “Print Confirmation”
Scroll down and select “Customize”
Select “Save Setting as Default”.
My customer wants to print fax confirmation report but has been told from xerox tech support that its not an option for his C8045 please help if there is an option.
