FAX Confirmatin Report Read Fax Number as Unknown

I am not sure on this one. Could it be because the fax number is not added to the address book? This is just a thought. Check out some information from our knowledgebase HERE.

Hello, I have a customer who has a C8045 and sparadically when receiving the fax confirmation report, the fax number being faxed to reads unkown.  The customer has the the fax number visible at all times. Why does this happen and is there a fix for this?
