Failed up-grade sw

Product Name: AltaLink C8130 / C8135 / C8145 / C8155 / C8170 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 11

Hi

I performed the automatic update of the sw, but in the middle of the procedure the system reported a dead scanner and stopped. It hasn't started again since that time. Where can I find the file xeroxAltalink_X81xx_ALTBOOT_system-sw # 1xx.xxx.xxx.xxxxx # ENG_MOD.DLM to perform an altboot? ty.
