Fault Colour detection 700 Digital Colour Press

Hello,

 

   700 Color Digital press is detecting gray colour paper as colour and increasing the meter reading, the same file when we print using  ApeosPort  C5540 I is detecting as black paper, we have tested the same file with multiple fujixerox MFP most of them detected them as colour.

 

 When verified pixel by pixel by converting each page of PDF in to bitmap, detected no colours, I would doubts on the deficiency of the printer in detecting colors.!!

 

can you please let me know, on what basis the meter reading working and color detection is happening on FujiXerox machines, I would required to programe in a application to suit our needs,Appreciate ASAP or contacts to help technically.
