Fax A6 size sheets - job is canceled

Mine jams immediately, and since A6 is not a size listed for an original size I set it as customer and did 4.1*5.8 and it failed, so I assumed it was out of spec for the ADF, but Xerox says it can do:

Single-pass Duplex Automatic Document Feeder Capacity: 130 sheets Size: 3.4 x 4.9 in. to 11.7 x 17 i... 

Which is most definitely smaller than A6

And I tried it on copies , it still fails

I'd call Xerox and have them fix it, or give a reasoning why it fails

Our customer uses C8030 to fax several A6 forms via ADF. No matter whether portrait or landscape orientation - after the 2nd sheet the job will be deleted without comment. A4 stacks are no problem. Is there a minimum sheet size for the fax function?
