The System Adminstrator Guide can be accessed and downloaded from the following site. Starting on page 245 is the information on adding Address Book entries.

Open a web Browser, enter the IP Address of the machine to access Xerox® CentreWare® Internet Services. 

Select the Address Book tab, choose edit.
