Fax/Email with WorkCenter 6027

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the instructions for creating a group in your address book. 

Adding or Editing Groups in the Fax Address Book in CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS)

1. Open CWIS.
2. In CWIS, click [Address Book].
3. In the navigation pane, click [Fax / Email] > [Fax Groups].
4. To add or edit a group, next to the group, click [Add] or [Edit].
5. Type a name for the group, then select contacts to add to the group.
6. Click [Save Changes].

I've tried pretty much all the functions on the MFP and can't seem to resolve this little problem:

We need to create a group that can both fax and email at the same time. For example, we could fax an order to one of our suppliers and at the same time send an email copy to our manager and one to the inventory guy.

So we need that group to dial 1(234)-567-8900 and send the emails to manager@ourplace.com and inventory@ourplace.com

Anybody knows how to do that? It used to be as easy as creating a group and selecting fax numbers and emails with our previous machine (now dead).
