You can try to upgrade the firmware to 58.66.1 to see if this may resolve the issue you are seeing. Although there is no mention of this issue in the release notes (or past versions). However, it is worth a shot.
I think you are doing everything correctly. I found nothing about this in my research. This is very possibly a glitch of some kind. I see no entries in recent software updates that address this issue.
