Well that is unfortunate.  And thank you for the info about ixware, I am not sure about the number feature as is was not posted in any of the brochures, and our machine is not compatible with it.  We still have to use faxes as some of the organizations that we deal with do not have the resources to go email/scanning completely.

dont know them , we always used ixware in the past, but since fax is not used anymore here ... :)

Something similiar to Digium or SwitchVox?

simply not possible with the machine

if you want advanced stuff, its better to have a server/software fax

We have a WorkCentre 5865, and I have set up the fax forward, but would like to have the incoming number added to the subject line.

I have looked thru the System Admin Guide, no information available, and several messages here at the forum that give some hope of doing it. 

Is there a feature for this or will this be an added feature?
