that is correct with Fax Forward to E-mail however, fax forward to SMB you don't have an option to change the subject line in the e-mail notification.

I always thought down towards the bottom of the screen you could change that subject.

Fax Forward notification 5745

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

We have 2 line fax installed on a 5745.  The customer desires to forward faxes to 2 different SMB shares with e-mail notifications that a fax has been forwarded.  We have discovered that the e-mail notifications are titled "Fax Forward Notification".  We would like to make this a bit more descriptive for both lines.  Something like "Fax Forward Notification from Line 1".  Is there a way to modify this generic subject line or is it hard coded?
