customer getting this when they fax-
Fax Forward Job Status:FAILED
FAX Forward to email status :failed
Job failed,no messages were sent.Reply to address is not configured.
Wrong report attached or wrong printer in the subject line?
Have you tried simply giving the rule a from address to send from or no?
If the reply to address is already there it would have to mean you did not give the printer a from address in the email setup, which of course must be done to send an email.
Which is done in CWIS > Properties > Connectivity > Setup > SMTP > Edit
as well as CWIS ? Properties > Services > Email > Setup > From Field > Edit
All 3 locations must be identical for obvious reasons (You can't log into your gmail account and send an email from my account, printer can't do that either)
So what about the solution I posted, it matches every possibility for the error message you stated, the fix must be there is you are being warned of the reply/from address
