Fax Print

My first thought would be that the fax job is needing a paper attribute that is not loaded in the machine. This would be paper size, type, or color.

Check the fax job in the que to see what size, type, color paper it would like to see loaded in the particular tray that faxes are printed from. Chances are you will see that the fax job attributes are different from the attributes that the tray(s) is currently set for.

One common scenario would be that the fax job wants legal size paper (8.5 x 14), but the trays are loaded with letter size.

If the secure fax setting is enabled then all incoming faxes are held in the job list until a passcode is entered.

My machine is recieving faxes that i can see in the jobs but it will not automatically print them off to view. Please help
