Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look to make sure the setting is set to On and not On error. If this is set to On then power off and back on. If the problem continues make sure you are on the latest firmware. If none of this helps please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
We set the "Fax Send Report" to "On" but are still not receiving the reports. Machine is a WorkCentre 3325. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
